Nothing more to love than to de-stress, which can be done in many ways 😉 I mean am I right?!?! We have all heard the saying “you can’t pour from an empty glass...” la de freakin dahhh. Which you can’t. You have to do things to make yourself happy. You have to fill up your own cup. STOP relying on others to make you happy when you have the power to do so yourself. Follow your dreams, make your moves. Life is to be lived. Remeber, life is full of ups and downs. We’re all trying to get through life. We all go through struggles and challenges. Some people don’t speak of.


We all have essential needs that need to be met. Pay attention to yours. That need may be be from your mind, body, or soul. There are things you can do each day to help feel your best 🌈




Some self love & care morals I practice

MIND: create, meditate, writing/journaling, yoga, sleep, music, painting, drawing, reading, tanning, dancing, festival, concert, watch a movie, workout, drive, love, drink.

BODY: massage, stretching, yoga, dance, workout, drink water, shower, hot bath, lift weights, manicures and pedicures.

SOUL: sing, dance, laugh, travel, love, paint, write, create, drink, kindess.
