How to care for yourself and show self love daily:

Hey guys! Hope everyone had a good weekend. Today’s post is all about self care and how to reach your daily self care goals. It is so important to practice self care as it is great for the mind, body, and soul. We want to find a balance. 

1) Eat a well balanced diet throughout the day 

2) Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated 

3) eat a small breakfast or preworkout snack 

4) workout for at least 30 minutes daily 

5) do something you enjoy like a hobby or activity daily 

6) practice alone time. Take 30 minutes to yourself clear your mind 💛
