Workout Basics: 7 Essentials for a solid workout 💪🏽

Hello fitness friends! 👋🏽 living a fitness lifestyle throughout most of my life I got to thinking of what it was like when I was a beginner. We are not born with a full brain of knowledge so I am going to share a little bit of what I know with you guys.
There are 7 essentials for a solid workout that I find super important, especially if you want to get everything out of that workout and want to see results!
1) Pre-workout snack: fuel up your body with some quick carb sources such as a banana or blueberries. 🍌🍇🍎
2) Hydrate: Drink lots of water 💦
3) Warm -up: Perform some stretches and do a quick cardio warmup 10-15 mins
4) Strength training: Work different muscles daily. It is so important to train all areas of the body and work different muscles daily. Balance is key!
5) Cardio: Perform at least 2x/week 20-45 mins
6) Stretching: 15-20 mins stretch to help prevent injury and muscle soreness.
7) Post-workout snack: refuel your body!
